What is Memion?

Memion is a cloud-based organizational knowledge platform from Memion LLC. Its purpose is to help companies capture, organize, preserve, and activate institutional knowledge so expertise does not leave when people do.

Memion is designed for teams and leaders at medium to large organizations. Through short, natural voice conversations and optional document imports, it builds a living picture of how work actually gets done — roles, expertise, relationships, and decision context — then puts that understanding to work in daily plans, team audio briefings, and searchable organizational memory.

Who uses it

Company administrators set up an organization workspace at app.memion.ai. Employees and managers use Memion to contribute knowledge, receive personalized daily support, and see how their expertise is cited across the organization. All customer data stays in the customer's environment.

Google Drive integration (optional)

Memion offers an optional Google Drive connection for company administrators. An admin connects their organization's Google Workspace account under Admin → Integrations. Team members can then import Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and files from that organization's Drive into Memion's document pipeline for indexing and knowledge extraction.

Memion requests per-file Drive access (drive.file) solely to export or download files the user explicitly selects via Google Picker. Memion does not sell Google user data, does not use Drive data for advertising, and does not access Drive unless an authorized administrator has connected the integration and a user initiates an import.
